1. How do I register?


To register, you must click on the "Register" button on the bottom left of www.einduct.com. You must then choose one of the three buttons on the next screen. Once you have selected the proper button, you will be asked to fill out your relevant information.

You MUST have the information marked with an asterisk (*) to complete the registration. If you find that you do not have the information you need, you will need to stop what you are doing. You will need to find the information, come back to the www.einduct.com website, and begin your registration again.


2. What if I don't know my company's ABN?


You cannot proceed with your registration. Please contact your supervisor or company representative.


3. Am I an employee, an Induction Manager/Individual Contractor or a Sub-Contractor?


Employee: You are an Employee if you are not the boss of your company.

Induction Manager / Individual Contractor: You are an Induction Manager / Individual Contractor if:

1) you manage inductions for your company, you own/run your company, or are an individual contractor

AND

2) you are working directly for the Managing Contractor

Sub-Contractor: You are a Sub-Contractor if:

1) you manage inductions for your company, you own/run your company, or are an individual contractor

AND

2) you are working for a contractor that is NOT the Master Contractor
     
For Example: If your contract is with Laing O'Rourke then you are NOT a sub-contractor

4. What if I don't have some of my licence information?

You can still complete your registration. You may return to the www.einduct.com website at a later time, and select "Update Details" from the Welcome Page. You can adjust any of your details there, including your mandatory details. PLEASE NOTE: changes will not take effect until you hit the "SUBMIT" button.


5. What if I don't have a mobile phone number?


You must contact your supervisor and ask them to contact Customer Care on 1300 579 803.


6. Do I have to fill out all the fields on the registration page?


No. You must only fill out fields that are marked with an asterisk (*).


7. What do I do if I've forgotten my password?


If you have entered an email address, you may go to www.einduct.com, and enter the email address in the field at the bottom right, under the heading "Forgotten your Password" We will email you your password

If you have not entered an email address, please call us Customer Care on 1300 579 803.


8. How do I return to the Welcome Page?


You can return to the Welcome Page anytime when you are logged in by clicking on the "Home" button at the bottom left hand corner of every page.


9. How do I change my personal information?

You may return to the www.einduct.com website at a later time, and select "Update Details" from the Welcome Page. You can adjust any of your details there, including your mandatory details. PLEASE NOTE: changes will not take effect until you hit the "SUBMIT" button.


10. What is a Token?


A Token is a unique code that is required to take an induction. A Token allows an employee to take an induction as many times as is needed to pass. Tokens may only be purchased by Users who are logged in as an Induction Manager, an Individual Contractor, or a Sub-Contractor.


11. What if I don't have a token?


If you are an employee, you should ask your supervisor for a Token.

If you are an Induction Manager/Individual Contractor, you may purchase tokens by clicking on the button "Purchase Tokens for Your Company" on the welcome page.

If you are a Sub-Contractor, you may request a token from the Contractor you are working for, or you may purchase it yourself by clicking on the button "Purchase Tokens for Your Company" on the welcome page.


12. Is it safe to make purchases on this website?


Yes. We take security very seriously, and transactions on this webpage are conducted using the highest security available. When you enter the purchasing section, you will see a green bar, or a green name of the website at the top of your window. This is to signify you are on a certified secure site.


13. How do I take an induction?


Go to www.einduct.com, enter your username and password and click the "Log-in" button. On the next screen, the Welcome screen, look for the text that says: "The following inductions are available for you to do:". Underneath this will be a list of the inductions available to you. Simply click on the name of the induction you wish to complete. You will need to have your mobile phone at hand. You must also have your Token handy. Your supervisor will provide this to you.


14. What do I do if I didn't pass my test?


You must wait 12 hours, and you can take the test again. Be careful to try to pass, as each time you fail you will have to wait 12 hours to take the test again.


15. Can I go onsite if I haven't passed my test?


No. You must have passed the test AND printed your Temporary Access Card and have it with you to access the worksite.


16. What do I do if I can't find an answer to my question here?


You may call customer Care on 1300 579 803, between 9AM and 5PM AEST Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays in NSW).
